At Top Drone Zone we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and, where applicable, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

2. What data we process and why
Top Drone Zone is an informational site with no user registration or shopping cart. The data we may process is:

As of this update, Top Drone Zone does not have analytics or marketing tools active; if any are added in the future (e.g. Google Analytics), they will only be activated after your explicit consent via the cookie banner, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Retention period
Cookie preference data is stored in your own browser until you delete it or change your choice. Emails you send us are kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
4. Recipients and data processors
For the Site to function, we rely on the following providers, who act as data processors or receive data incidentally:
- Hostinger (or another web hosting provider) — hosts the site and processes the server's technical access logs.
- Amazon EU (Associates Programme) — when you click a product link, Amazon.es may set its own affiliate tracking cookies, unrelated to this Site.
The Site's fonts are served locally from our own server (not from Google Fonts or any other third-party CDN), so loading them does not transmit your IP address to third parties.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties for our own commercial purposes.
5. International transfers
Amazon EU may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
As a user, you can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to info@topdronezone.es:
- Access: find out what data we process about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
