These Terms of Use (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the relationship between Top Drone Zone and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Description of the service
Top Drone Zone is an informational and editorial website that publishes comparisons, buying guides and product cards about drones available on Amazon.es. We do not sell products directly: every "See price on Amazon" button redirects to the corresponding listing on Amazon.es, where the purchase is completed under Amazon's own terms.
2. Appropriate use of the Site
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Make lawful use of it, in accordance with these Terms, the law, morality and public order.
- Not take any action that could damage, disable or overload the Site, or prevent its normal use by other users.
- Not attempt to access, by any means, restricted areas of the Site's computer systems.
- Not use the Site's content for commercial purposes without express authorisation.
3. Links to Amazon and other third-party sites
The Site contains affiliate links that direct to Amazon.es as part of the Amazon EU Associates Programme. Top Drone Zone does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, prices, privacy policies or business practices of Amazon.es or any other linked third-party site. Browsing on those sites is subject to their own terms.
4. Accuracy of information
The information published on the Site (technical specifications, ratings, price ranges, availability) is provided for general guidance only and is based on data checked on Amazon.es on the date shown on each card. Amazon.es exclusively manages final prices, stock and sales conditions, which may change at any time without notice. We recommend always verifying the up-to-date information directly on the Amazon.es product listing before buying.
5. Intellectual property
All original content of the Site (text, structure, design, code) is owned by CARLOS GALLART GIL, except for product images, which belong to their respective manufacturers or to Amazon.es and are used for informational purposes within the Associates Programme.
6. Limitation of liability
Top Drone Zone does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability of the Site, and is not liable for any damages or losses arising from: (a) unavailability of the Site; (b) the presence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties; (c) misuse of the Site by the user; or (d) purchase decisions made based on the published information, final verification of which is always the user's responsibility on Amazon.es.
7. Changes to the Terms
Top Drone Zone may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are published implies acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may correspond to consumers.
